A very garden-worthy evergreen conifer with a broad, dense shape. Butter-yellow needles can take full sun and are most spectacular in winter. Spring new growth is a lush chartreuse color. Prefers full sun in a well-drained soil. 5' tall x 3' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -40 degrees. USDA zone 3-7
