An outstanding new evergreen conifer from Stanley Nursery in Oregon. It is a weeping or spreading selection with rich blue needles. 'The Blues' can be trained into many shapes and all will look good. Prefers full sun in well-drained soil. 6' tall x 4' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -40 degrees. USDA zone 3-8.
