Pinus Mugo
 
One of the prettiest of all dwarf pines. An evergreen conifer with fresh green foliage. Needles grow towards the buds and stay close to the stem; easily recognizable. Prefers full sun in well-drained soil. 1.5' tall x 2' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -50 degrees. USDA zone 2-7.
