An upright, bushy deciduous tree with purple-red leaves with long slender lobes. The deep rich color holds throughout the summer, then turns to brilliant red in fall. A wonderful introduction from Korea. Prefers sun/partial shade in well-drained soil. 7' tall x 4' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -20 degrees. USDA zone 5.
