Picea breweriana 'Kohout's Dwarf' is a globose, dwarf selection of Brewer spruce with dense, symmetrical, radially assembled branching, nicely clothed with typical silvery, emerald green needles. After 10 years of growth, a mature specimen will measure 3 feet (90 cm) tall and 24 inches (60 cm) tall and wide, an annual growth rate of 3 to 4 inches (7.5 - 10 cm). In time, specimens will begin to develop some degree of apical dominance, resulting assuming a squatly globose form after many years.
